February 2012 News Update: Another Tractor Run and show season will soon be upon us again, before we know it everything will be in full swing again, the economic situation still the same, but look forward to the year ahead with positive direction, The price of tractors still on the increase making good investments for the future, as well as hobbies and pass times, projects are being completed and images shown what we have done as they rotate around this page, The Birthday Present 35 in particular has proved very popular, more images of completed projects will be shown as they become available, together with some we did earlier, the images are not only of the completed projects but the extent of the work undertaken on every one of them, including the recently completed 35X Multi Power which will be on show at Tractor World, Malvern on 3 & 4th March 2011 as part of the 50 year 35X display.The actual hours given to complete one of these projects carefully is around 500 - which are our signature rebuilds, We do not just take the top off the gearbox and take a quick look inside, or run the engine to see if it smokes a bit, we check to make sure everything is as it should have been when it left the factory all those years ago, because when we put the CCM Tractors signature plate on a completed project it means we will rectify any unlikely teething problems that may occur, for a reasonable use period afterwards putting the customer at ease following delivery, this being the case for an MF35 we are currently preparing for a customer in Stornaway in the Western Isles of Scotland, when the tractor is delivered it will have been tested to ensure that we don't get problems following delivery, we have also just completed an MF35 which will be used for the customers Wedding Day vehicle soon. Now for the usual seasonal report, its time to make room in your workshop for the winter rebuilds, I must say we had a very good time over the show weekends, all being very well organised events, who's organisers should be well praised for all their efforts, mostly unrewarded, above all we like many others are aiming for a great 2012 where we at CCM Tractors are pleased to have some completed projects to display.
