A total rebuild has been completed for a customer who plans to put the tractor back into a working life on his farm, 

Many new parts have been fitted, including the main PTO drive shaft as the splines had nearly worn through, a full strip down with all replacement shafts was undertaken. The engine required a total rebuild, the bores have been machined to accept new liners, as it is not recommended to re-bore as the block will become porous. New crankshaft bearings have been fitted. All other components have been shot blasted primed and painted many times for protection on top of the zinc phosphate primer.  

Rebuilding of the drive train and painting the tinwork with a full rebuild have now all been completed, the tractor has now been delivered back to the owner and put to work again.
